The nature of the construction industry is such that disputes may arise between contracting parties and more so when one of the parties consider themselves to have suffered financially. Langmuir & Hay therefore provide the following services:-

Adjudication
Driven by the recommendations of the Latham Report,
and in particular disputes within the Construction Industry the introduction of a built-in adjudication process was seen as being advantageous and should become the key to dispute resolution within the industry.

Langmuir & Hay have a registered Adjudicator with the Academy of Construction Adjudicators who has been appointed to adjudicate on disputes particular to the industry.

Expert Witness
Having a high degree of knowledge and extensive
experience in our fields of operation we have been called in the role of expert witness in matters of dispute in a variety of circumstances including the court of law.
